Client's detailsThe client has to fulfill the booking form carefully. The pointed out telephone number must include the international dialing code and has to be valid and reachable also at the day of the transfer, due to permit us to contact the clients in case of emergency.
TimesThe times indicated on the vouchers have to be respected. If you are late, maybe because of your flight, inform immediately the driver using the contact information you have on your voucher. It could happen that you will have to correspond the driver an extra charge: see chapter 'extra charge' It is up to the client to be informed about flights check in times, bags collection's times, weather and traffic forecasts which could make the trip duration longer. Our call center and drivers are always at your disposal for any information you may need.
BagsThe maximum number of bags allowed is indicated on the voucher. If exceeding bags are present at the boarding time, the client is responsible of any discomfort which may happen.
Behaviour on boardIt is not allowed to drink or eat on board. A polite and appropriate behavior is requested.
LiabilityAbakena srl is not responsible for discomforts or delays due to circumstances beyond control, like heavy traffic and/or bad weather conditions.
Compliments, suggestions and complainsWe do our best to guarantee a service equal to the highest quality standards and are glad to receive compliments but also suggestions to make the service even better. However, if somehow something discomfortable happens, please let us know it within 7 days by e-mail or fax. We would appreciate your feedback!
Cancellation policy and booking changeYou will be able to cancel your booking, giving us notice by fax or e-mail, up to 7 days before departure, paying only &eur; 25,00. From 6 to 3 days before departure the penalty will be 75%, from 2 days to no show 100%. Using your booking code you will be able to log in and check your booking, changing your personal information and adding notes. Up to 3 days before departure you will be able to modify the passengers number, if this doesn't entail a mean of transport's change, the timing and the luggage. If you cancel some 'extra' already paid we will not refund you. Changes of mean of transport, dates and route are allowed up to 7 days before departure paying &eur; 25,00. From 6 days before departure this changes are permitted only on request, paying &eur; 25,00, if there are vehicles available.
Included in the rate1 hour waiting time starting from the agreed pick up time.
Extra charge&eur; 20 per hour each hour exceeding 1 hour waiting time has to be corresponded by the client directly to the driver. In case of delay the client should contact immediately the driver or the emergency number. Restricted traffic zones fees are extra charge as well.
Pick up and drop off pointsThese information are pointed out in the voucher confirming the transfer. If any further information is required, do not hesitate to contact our call center.
Payment's optionsAdvance payment by bank transfer or credit card.
Confirmation VoucherOn the confirmation voucher are pointed out the information about the booking and the driver, contacts, emergency numbers and e-mail.
